Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design and roadmap for Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices. Develop and enforce technical standards, including coding, integration, and data management best practices. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate business needs into technical solutions. Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and optimal performance. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. Evaluate and implement new Salesforce features and functionalities to enhance system performance and user experience. Conduct technical reviews, including code reviews, and ensure adherence to established architecture standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to ensure system reliability. Maintain comprehensive documentation of the system architecture, including technical designs and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce, with at least 3 years in an architect role. Salesforce Architect certification is highly desirable. Extensive experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL. Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and data migration strategies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical challenges. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning, and Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines in a Salesforce environment. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum environment.
