• Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligning with business requirements
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture, including integration, data model, and security design
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and admins to ensure best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
• Oversee code quality, deployment strategies, and release management
• Drive innovation using Salesforce tools (LWC, Apex, Einstein, Salesforce APIs)
• Manage technical risks and ensure system performance and reliability
• Lead troubleshooting complex technical issues
Required Skills:
• Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and development
• Strong coding skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components
• Expertise with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Community, CPQ, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps best practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
