• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce Certinia FinancialForce environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce, FinancialForce, and Certinia features and best practices.
