We are adding a Salesforce Consultant to our Field Service team! As a consultant, you will bring Salesforce project implementations to life by working with our customers to understand their business, identify their requirements, and design, develop, QA, and launch their solutions. We are building a best-in-class team and this role will have the opportunity to make significant contributions while working with the rest of our talented team, exciting customers, and partnering closely with our Salesforce and AI Teams!
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Work with our customers to define requirements, and also propose and deliver solutions
Architect and build best-in-class implementations of Service Cloud and Field Service management
Configure Salesforce Solutions using point-and-click tools available on the platform (e.g., Visual Flows, etc.)
Understand and leverage Salesforce Platform to implement scalable solutions
Partner with our Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions for our customers
Acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features and major launches
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years project experience in a hands-on position
1+ years experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
Understanding of Customer Service and Field Service Business Operations with experience solving Complex Use Cases
Hands-on experience with building Salesforce SFS package elements
Knowledge of Gantt chart and its settings, along with an understanding of configurations of Field Service console and package settings
Experience working with Core Object Model, WOLI, Service Appointments, Service Resource, Resource Absence, Resource Preference, Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Work Rules, etc.
Experience implementing, or a good understanding of, Optimization setup (Work Rules and Scheduling Policy experience is a plus)
Hands-on experience with building Custom Applications, Lightning Experience, Field Service Mobile App Extensions, Visual Flows, Process Builders, and SLAs/Entitlement Processes within Salesforce
Understanding of Security implementation best practices within Salesforce
Understanding of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle, and Deployment Best Practices and Governance
Client facing experience in one or more of the following areas: Project Ownership, Discovery and Design, Delivering Solution Options to Customers, or Enterprise Application Architecture
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Any Salesforce Certifications are a plus, preferably Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Field Service Consultant
B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree/ equivalent experience
Experience in Salesforce Maps is a plus
Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture
Detail-oriented and a strong team player with great communication skills
Keeps an open mind and must be flexible to change
