Description
Overall Requirements:
· 5+ years' experience as a Business Development or Practice Leader with at least 3 years in business development for Salesforce product or services around these products.
· Ability to drive sales through partnership; ability to work closely with the Partner organization of these Product companies.
· Strong communicator of oral and written work; good presentation skills
· Strong influencer through being proactive, creative and persuasive of others in solving client problems or recommending new ideas/strategies
· Good knowledge of these products
· Strong relationship building skills – ability to become customer's trusted individual
· Superior interpersonal skills-work collaboratively within a matrix organization
Key Performance Indicators (specifics as identified in Key Responsibilities)
Skills:
• Achievement of all KPI's –both leading and current
• New customer acquisition –
• Pipeline creation -
• Meet a minimum of five meetings per week and have multiple active opportunities within three months
• Assist, as needed, with coaching and development of Junior Business Development Executives
• Participate in training as assigned/requested
• Keep the CRM tool updated current with all activities, contacts and opportunities
