We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce CPQ Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our Salesforce ecosystem. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions that directly impact our sales processes and drive revenue growth.
You will leverage your deep functional knowledge and technical expertise to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions, collaborating closely with various stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities :
- Strategic Partnership : Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Product, and IT teams, to understand their needs and objectives.
- Effective Communication : Serve as a highly effective communicator, adept at coordinating activities, proactively escalating issues, providing constructive feedback, and confidently seeking assistance when necessary.
- Solution Design & Implementation : Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Functional Expertise : Apply well-rounded functional knowledge across the entire Lead to Quote value stream to optimize processes and workflows within Salesforce.
- Lifecycle Management : Operate within a formal Salesforce Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) environment, managing deployments across Development, Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing, and Production environments.
- Agile Collaboration : Actively participate in Agile Scrum methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- DevOps Proficiency : Utilize Gearset or similar Salesforce DevOps-enabling tools to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Continuous Improvement : Embrace a mindset of continuous learning and innovation, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and leveraging Salesforce capabilities to help the team achieve exceptional results.
- Team Empowerment : Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, contributing to a culture where individuals are empowered to exceed their own expectations and achieve collective success.
- M&A Integration : Participate in the integration of Salesforce environments and processes related to mergers and acquisitions.
Requirements :
- Education & Certification : A bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related major is preferred. While a relevant Salesforce certification is highly valued, we recognize that extensive experience can be equally valuable.
- Salesforce Experience : A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce in an Admin capacity, with at least 4 years specifically in a Salesforce Architect role.
- CPQ Expertise : Proven experience (1+ years) architecting and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Functional Knowledge : Deep understanding of the Lead to Quote process and how Salesforce can be leveraged to optimize each stage.
- ALM Experience : Demonstrated experience working within a structured Salesforce Application Lifecycle Management environment.
- Agile Methodology : Experience working within the Agile Scrum framework.
- DevOps Tools : Hands-on experience with Gearset or another comparable Salesforce DevOps tool.
- Industry Experience : Experience working within a SaaS technology company or similar fast-paced, high growth environments is highly desirable.
- Collaborative Spirit : Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with diverse teams and individuals.
- Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
