Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and administration, with experience working on multiple projects throughout the software development lifecycle.
Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
● Customize standard Salesforce functionality to meet business requirements.
● Work with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
● Perform unit testing and code reviews to ensure high-quality, scalable code.
● Maintain existing codebase, including troubleshooting and debugging issues.
● Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and tools, and recommend changes to improve overall performance and functionality.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
● Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning web components.
● Experience with Salesforce integration, including REST and SOAP APIs.
● Automate business processes using Flows, email alerts, formulas.
● Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile.
● Experience with Salesforce Community Portals.
● Thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools.
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
● Salesforce Developer certification (preferred).
Certifications:
● Required Platform builder I
● Required Salesforce System admin
● Preferred Platform Builder II
