Job description
The developer will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment working with cross-functional teams internally and at customer sites. The candidate should be highly proficient in the Salesforce.com Platform. The developer may have several assignments running concurrently, requiring the need to manage activities across the different customers/assignments simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities :
• Understands the requirements
• Design the solution using advanced configurations or customizations including that of Programming
• Suggest one or more options for the Solution Design
• Write/Develop codes for customization and enhancement of the product/features
• Hands-on in salesforce.com platform development
• Works with Solution Consultants/Architects and Internal Managers to deliver a solution in committed time frame
• Hands on design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing and other implementation activities
• Estimate the work request
• Product code analysis to isolate software bugs and debugging system logs to get to the root cause of the issue
• Collaboration with Technical Support engineers and Product Management teams
• Required Candidate profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 1 year of experience as a team member of successful software project implementations on cloud related to platforms like Salesforce.com
• Must possess strong software programing and development skills around Salesforce.com or Java
• Good hands on experience in salesforce configurations
• Proficient in building workflows, process builders
• In depth understanding of Record Type, Page Layout, Permission Set, Objects, Fields set, SOQL, SOSL Salesforce administration
• Highly Proficient in Apex/ VF/ Lightning/ LWC/ Triggers/ Test Class/ Batch Jobs/ Queueable Jobs/ Angular Technologies/ Rest API/Debug Logs
• Should have worked on Integration Projects
• Ability to differentiate the product behavior with that of customized behavior
• Good neck on Troubleshooting the issues and carrying out effective impact assessment
• Thoroughly understand the web, database, and object-oriented software technologies
• Strong Team Player, Analytical, and strong Problem-solving skills are required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Multitasker, Quick learner and Adaptive
• Good understanding about the release and change management
• Experience in Post Implementation and Ongoing maintenance projects is a big plus
• Flexible with the shift timings
