About Team: The Enterprise Technology & Operations (ETO) team partners with the business and other IT groups to define, manage, test, validate and deliver the strategic direction and operational performance of Enterprise Applications and Systems for Thermo Fisher Scientific. Our enterprise applications manage business-critical activities like order taking and fulfillment, manufacturing and managing new product development and launch, sales and customer management, data and document management, and business insights . Discover Impactful Work: In this role, you will be responsible for working with the business analyst teams to convert the given business requirements into technical solutions and implement them in the Salesforce platform for our product and customers where you will be a part of meaningful implications to the world. Is also responsible for documenting and implementing standard methodologies in the system to ensure its stability of the system. You will also have opportunities to recommend program improvements and learn from the best! Keys to Success: The Salesforce Developer must have experience in Apex programming, Lightning, VF pages, Web services, and strong process knowledge . Should have worked on end-to-end Implementation projects on the Salesforce platform. Overall, the Developer should have very deep technical abilities, a sound understanding of Salesforce.com platform capability, and experience in governance and management of the tool. Education: BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Salesforce.com Platform Developer certification is preferred. Any additional Salesforce certifications are a plus. Responsibilities: IT experience that includes 5 to 8 years in SalesForce.com CRM Platform both as Administrator and Developer
