• Salesforce Developer DEV
401/Platform Developer I Certification a plus
• Visual Force Salesforce Platform Developer Certification a plus
• Salesforce Advanced Developer DEV
501/Platform Developer II Certification a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent field
• Minimum 2 years configuration and custom development experience
• Minimum 2 years Apex and Visual Force development
• Works under limited supervision.
• Actively contributes to the results of a team and works towards achieving team goals and objectives.
• May mentor junior staff.
• Experience spearheading CRM product strategy alongside executives
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5 CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Understanding of platform
• Understanding of relationships between objects such as master-detail, lookup, entity, and data model
• Proficient in data manipulation (Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
• Familiar with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, single sign on, and master data management
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
• Experience with enterprise integration
• Fluent in multiple application development languages to an expert level
