Provide FSL solution options/alternatives to businesses as technical architect.
Provide guidance on all phases of the software development lifecycle and the impact of FSL
Liaise with clients on an ongoing basis to maintain and develop the business relationship, ensure satisfaction with services provided, and identify opportunities for further growth.
Document detailed business, functional and technical requirements.
Lead technical project delivery and build components as necessary.
Configure and customize Salesforce applications.
Configure salesforce and related third party applications.
Develop and contribute to data migration and/or system integration strategy.
