Salesforce Developer
Experience: 5 to 6yrs
Shift timing: 2pm to 11pm
An overview of the main duties of the role is provided below:
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders from Sales and Marketing teams to design, build and implement across the Salesforce platform (including Pardot) to meet requirement,
• Support with data management initiatives using data quality tools including Data Loader;
• Support the business with the implementation of third-party products,
• Create document requirements, standard methodologies, training, UAT, and technical specifications to business agreed standards,
• Present technical specifications, training and standard methodologies to the Executive Management Team,
• Provide ad hoc analysis as needed,
• Coach and train team members where appropriate.
Experience and Skillset required:
• Strong Salesforce Administrator and Developer background, including experience of Pardot, Excellent analytic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in software and IT infrastructures,
• Customer focused with strong communication,
• Salesforce Administrator qualification is essential, Salesforce Advanced Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform Developer I qualifications are highly advantageous,
• Pro-active self-starter,
• Experience with databases,
• Flexible and positive attitude,
• Must be fluent in English, verbal and in writing
