Job Description:
- Solid skills in providing technical information, guidance, oversight and recommendations for the design and development of applications.
- Sound knowledge of Salesforce data model, and solid skills in utilization of data model to meet business requirements, and extension wherever needed. Should be able to understand beginner-level client personnel, the different aspects of Salesforce data model, technical design, selection of technical objects/models to map and automate business processes and prototype the design along with them.
- Knowledge of best practices leveraging standard Salesforce capabilities to meet functional requirements without extensive customization.
- Knowledge on developing objects, tabs, entity-relation data-model & validation, validation rules, workflow rules, messages and alerts.
- Knowledge on configuring security profiles, permissions, role hierarchy, etc. to meet the needs of personas.
- Good communication skills and ability to articulate technical solutions to the product owner Field Services experience is a huge plus.
