The developer may have several assignments running concurrently, requiring the need to manage activities across the different customers/assignments simultaneously. Key Responsibilities :Understands the requirementsDesign the solution using advanced configurations or customizations including that of ProgrammingSuggest one or more options for the Solution DesignWrite/Develop codes for customization and enhancement of the product/featuresHands-on in salesforce.com platform developmentWorks with Solution Consultants/Architects and Internal Managers to deliver a solution in committed time frameHands on design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing and other implementation activitiesEstimate the work requestProduct code analysis to isolate software bugs and debugging system logs to get to the root cause of the issueCollaboration with Technical Support engineers and Product Management teamsRequired Candidate profileBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field1 year of experience as a team member of successful software project implementations on cloud related to platforms like Salesforce.comMust possess strong software programing and development skills around Salesforce.com or JavaGood hands on experience in salesforce configurationsProficient in building workflows, process buildersIn depth understanding of Record Type, Page Layout, Permission Set, Objects, Fields set, SOQL, SOSL Salesforce administrationHighly Proficient in Apex/ VF/ Lightning/ LWC/ Triggers/ Test Class/ Batch Jobs/ Queueable Jobs/ Angular Technologies/ Rest API/Debug LogsShould have worked on Integration ProjectsAbility to differentiate the product behavior with that of customized behaviorGood neck on Troubleshooting the issues and carrying out effective impact assessmentThoroughly understand the web, database, and object-oriented software technologiesStrong Team Player, Analytical, and strong Problem-solving skills are requiredGood communication and interpersonal skillsMultitasker, Quick learner and AdaptiveGood understanding about the release and change managementExperience in Post Implementation and Ongoing maintenance projects is a big plusFlexible with the shift
