As a Salesforce developer, you will contribute to our Managed Services project efforts and development best practices across the organization. We are building a best-in-class team and this role will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with the rest of our talented team, exciting customers, and partnering closely with our AI Team!
AS A DEVELOPER, MANAGED SERVICES YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Perform as one of NeuraFlash's Salesforce Developer experts responsible for the delivery of the highest quality, innovative custom solutions
Work with cutting edge technologies, collaborate with our AI and Project teams and engage with our customers to define requirements, propose & deliver complex Salesforce solutions
Drive continuous improvement and innovation on long-term customer engagements focused on strategic outcomes
Responsible for developing in Lightning Component Framework, Visualforce, Apex, JavaScript, AJAX. Work on the latest Salesforce technologies across clouds including Chatbot, Service, Field Service, CPQ & Billing, Sales, and more
Configure Salesforce Solutions using point and click tools available like Flows
Ability to learn and acquire new technical expertise quickly to solve business problems
Understand the latest Salesforce features and major launches to mentor and train the team sharing insights and experiences
Acquire and maintain all applicable Salesforce Certifications
Be a NeuraFlash evangelist in the Salesforce Community and help us cultivate a company culture of success (company and personal) and fun!
Work remotely from your home office
Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events
QUALIFICATIONS:
2-5+ years of working on Salesforce platform on the technical side (programming, architecture)
Completed 2+ full implementations that include integrations with other applications like SAP, Oracle
Strong communication skills and ability to speak about the platform in front of any executive teams
Must possess the ability to design solutions impromptu, on the fly
Must have a solid understanding of CI/CD solutions
Salesforce Development Certifications
Hands-on development skills on Apex, Lightning Components and Visualforce
Understand mobile platform and considerations
