Our services include Management Consulting, Digital transformation, Experience design, Supply chain optimisation and Workforce planning. We are technology agnostic however have deep expertise in UiPath, BluePrism, Microsoft Stack, AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow and Anaplan.
Role Overview
You will:
• Have direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, application design, documentation, application configuration / development and testing.
• Take part in day-to-day business as usual activities, including but not limited to defect fixes, enhancements, documentation, and data analysis.
• Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform involving significant work in Apex, Lightning Web Components, VisualForce, Lightning Flow, application integration and data migration.
• Adhere to & promote best practices in any Salesforce implementation and sharpen your skills through peer programming, effective code reviews, and giving feedback.
• Share knowledge with the team – learning from more senior members and providing support and mentorship to more junior members – continuous learning is an essential part of this role.
• As part of a cross-functional delivery team, be working in an agile development environment to deliver fit for purpose solutions from design through to implementation
Technical Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a hands-on technical/development role in an agile environment
• Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Flows, and Visualforce
• Proficient in HTML, Javascript, Lightning Design System (SLDS) and CSS
• Experience in integrating external systems with Salesforce
• Familiar with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX
• Industry Cloud experience is a plus (Healthcare, Financial Services, Government, etc.)
• One or more current Salesforce certifications required such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I
• Desirable Certifications:
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
• Platform App Builder
• Any Specialist certification (ex. CPQ, Field Service, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of initiative
• Willingness to gain knowledge and develop skills through participation in Innovior’s Salesforce certification plan
