Key Responsibilities : a: Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements b: Should have prior experience on Salesforce Service Cloud and Saleforce CTI d: Exposure to CRM org c: Should have experience in Integration adaptors of Telephony Service Provider APIs Custom Apex classes Visualforce classes Salesforcecom CTI Adaptors
Technical Experience : a: Should have worked on basic salesforce features objects, fields, permissions sets, profiles, OWD, sharing rules, flows etc b: Should have experience in apex apex collections, SOQL, batch apex etc and Aura lightning components d: Should have experience with deployment using DevOps tools
