Job Title: Salesforce Health Cloud Architect

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of Salesforce Health Cloud implementations for healthcare clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
• Provide end-to-end architectural solutions, ensuring the integration of various systems with Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Design scalable, high-performance solutions using Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Create data models, process flows, technical designs, and other system documentation.
• Drive best practices and standards in integration, security, and data management.
• Act as a trusted advisor on all Salesforce-related queries and design decisions.
• Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring code quality and adherence to architectural principles.
• Stay updated on Salesforce product releases, Health Cloud-specific enhancements, and relevant industry regulations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Salesforce architecture.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and other Salesforce clouds like Service Cloud, Sales Cloud.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards, data compliance (HIPAA), and patient relationship management.
• Expertise in Lightning framework, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and integration technologies like REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with data migration, including tools like Data Loader, MuleSoft, or other middleware platforms.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Application Architect, or System Architect are highly desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in leading large-scale Salesforce implementations across multi-functional teams.
• Preferred Skills:
• Expertise in healthcare industry trends, patient care workflows, and regulatory standards.
• Prior experience working with Salesforce-managed packages and third-party applications integrated into Health Cloud.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
