DarioHealth is looking for an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Health Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to meet the needs of our healthcare organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and provide technical expertise throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and data integrity.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other development teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical designs and solutions.
Develop custom code, pages, and components to extend the functionality of Salesforce Health Cloud.
Create and maintain data models, object relationships, and page layouts within the Salesforce platform.
Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems, such as CRM systems, billing systems, and third-party applications.
Perform unit testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Assist in the deployment of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to different environments, following best practices and change management processes.
Collaborate with the QA team to support system testing and resolve defects.
Stay up to date with Salesforce Health Cloud releases and new features, identifying opportunities to leverage them for improved efficiency and enhanced user experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong experience in Salesforce development, with expertise in building and customizing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations, such as HL7, HIPAA.
Proficient in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is preferred.
Advantage: Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant, or related certifications.
