In this role, you will design, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs, focusing on enhancing digital commerce experiences. You will leverage your knowledge of Salesforce Industries and API integrations to streamline cart functionalities and improve user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and customize Digital Commerce API Cart solutions within Salesforce Industries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize existing cart functionalities and integrations to enhance performance and user experience.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during and post-implementation.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Salesforce Industries and Digital Commerce API Cart.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
