Key Responsibilities : 1 Can Implement Salesforce Lightning Industry best practices 2 Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement 3 Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills 4 Perform Impact analysis 5 Must perform configuration and customization
Technical Experience : 1 Must have SFDC Configuration including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, flows, Process Builder, Security Model, Data Model 2 Must have experience in Customization ie, Apex classes, triggers, Salesforce lightning, Aura, LWC, Integration, and deployments 3 Must have experience in service cloud/field service lightning/serviceMax, Salesforce mobile app customization 4 Must have PD1, PD2 and Service cloud certifications 5 Preferred Field service lightning certification
Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication skills 2 Ability to work with multiple stake holders onshore and offshore 3 Team player, ability to work independently and assist juniors
Educational Qualification : Regular 15-year full time education
