Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Loyalty Management Specialist to design, implement, and optimize B2B loyalty programs. The candidate will lead solution design, write complex user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure best practices are followed for loyalty programs and partner management.
Responsibilities:
- Drive solution design and implementation for B2B loyalty programs.
- Write complex user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with director-level leaders to gain consensus on program objectives.
- Manage program partners and optimize customer engagement using Salesforce Loyalty Management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, 4+ years in Loyalty Management.
- Advanced knowledge of loyalty program design and partner management.
- Expertise in B2B loyalty scenarios and best practices.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 per week
