We are adding to our very talented Technical team! Looking for a Managed Services Lead to work in an incredibly cutting-edge space - AI, Service Cloud Voice, and Salesforce!

The Managed Services Lead will potentially contribute to our Salesforce Onward Managed Services practice that covers all clouds like Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Chatbots, Service Cloud Voice, Sales Cloud, and Customer development. We are building a best-in-class team and this role will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with the rest of our talented team, exciting customers, and partnering closely with our AI Team!

Focal Area: Methodology & Enterprise Delivery

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead Salesforce innovative engagement and provide engagement leadership by acting as a liaison between the India Managed Services team, the U.S. Managed Services team, and the customer
• As a Managed Services lead, you will need to thrive in a team setting where creativity and analytical skills can be used to decimate challenges
• As a Managed Services lead, one should have strong communication and management skills to bring out the best in the team members
• Own development of a plan to review and manage client expectations throughout delivery and ensure the deliverables are in line with client expectations
• Assess engagement performance, risks, issues, and impact on solution and service delivery commitments, client relationships, etc.
• Coach and step in to own development if needed for platforms such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Chatbots, Service Cloud Voice, and Sales Cloud
• As a Managed Services lead, be responsible for keeping multiple MS projects on track for the company and ensuring they are completed on time and according to requirements
• Support the continuing development and improvement of NeuraFlash's Managed Services project delivery methodology
• Collaborate with key leaders to assist in prioritization and creation of standardized templates and to gather input from project team members
• Assist in standardization and establishment of best practices across management and functional areas within delivery
• Collaborate with the Managed Services Team Lead and Employee Enablement team to offer best-in-class enablement for our Onward Managed Services team members
• Assist in executing a plan to build awareness and understanding of NeuraFlash methodologies and the aligned governance structures
• Deliver projects as a part-time BA/Project Manager / Engagement Manager / Consultant / Solution Architect / Developer on delivery projects
• Including aforementioned job responsibilities

Additional Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to document requirements for technical resources, and ability to fully understand technical solutions leveraging Apex, Visualforce, and Web Services
• Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including structured code management, project management expertise, and process methodology
• Has led multiple Salesforce project deployments including release and multi-environment management, integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs, and requiring original code development
• Creation of criteria-based and ownership-based sharing rules
• Understanding of org-wide defaults
• Understanding of various types of licenses
• Able to describe the fundamental concepts around role hierarchy
• Articulate how profile configuration impacts a security and sharing model
• Understanding of what Apex Sharing is and when it should be used
• Awareness of platform-specific design patterns and key limits
• Understanding of large-data-volume considerations, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Able to design a data and sharing model
• Understanding data-movement best practices
• Understanding strategies to build an optimized and high-performing solution

Qualifications
• ++ years of working on Salesforce platform on the technical and managing side (programming, architecture, or on the Solution side)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technology-related fields
• Must have led and managed at least 2+ full implementations that include integrations with other applications
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture, integration architecture, and possess the ability to recommend solutions to customers with confidence
• Strong communication skills and ability to speak about the platform in front of an executive team
• Must possess the ability to design solutions impromptu, on the fly
• Must have a solid understanding of CI/CD solutions
• Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect)
• Hands-on development skills on Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce
• Understand mobile platforms and considerations
• Must have team management experience and should have at least managed 3-5 Salesforce Developers directly
