Key Responsibilities:

Lead Analysis and Management:

• Analyze lead data to identify trends, insights, and actionable opportunities for targeted campaigns.

• Manage and maintain the lead database within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Campaign Execution:

• Design, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization to improve campaign performance.

• Monitor and optimize email deliverability, click-through rates, and overall engagement metrics.

Integration and Reporting:

• Coordinate with the Salesforce Sales Cloud team to ensure seamless integration and synchronization of data between platforms.

• Generate reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, lead conversion, and ROI metrics.

• Create analytical and comprehensive reports using Datorama to evaluate marketing effectiveness and calculate ROI.

• Use Datorama to integrate data from multiple sources and provide unified insights for decision-making.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing goals.

• Provide support for lead nurturing and engagement strategies through automation and workflows.

Technical Expertise:

• Maintain technical proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Audience Builder.

• Leverage Datorama for marketing intelligence, including advanced analytics, campaign performance tracking, and custom reporting.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 2-7 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Datorama.

• Proficiency in email marketing best practices, automation, and lead management.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.

• Experience in creating analytical and ROI reports for marketing initiatives.

• Hands-on experience with Datorama for creating advanced dashboards and integrating data from multiple sources.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Datorama (preferred).
