The Work
• Architect sophisticated technical Salesforce solutions.
• Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce.
• Architect, design, and develop sophisticated customizations applying Salesforce.
• Craft an environment strategy.
• Lead technical project team members (onshore and offshore).
• Run workshops, working closely with client, able to talk about tradeoffs e.g. terms of config vs code.
• Map functional requirements to Salesforce Industries features and functionality.
• Disseminate standard methodologies on solution positioning and delivery.
• Mentor junior team members in Salesforce standard methodologies.
• Lead all aspects of code reviews.
• Support pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's What You Need
• Experience supporting Healthcare clients and/or the Healthcare industry
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
• A minimum of 2years of technical experience on the Salesforce.com platform.
• A minimum of 2 years experience with Communications, Healthcare or Financial Services industries (Preferred)
• Demonstrable experience developing Salesforce customizations, integrations, and to develop and implement data migrations.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years' workexperience)
Bonus Points If:
• Adaptable in a multifaceted work environment and creative within a team.
• Experienced with a Salesforce Industries (or previously Vlocity) product.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
