Job Summary:
• Test Planning & Execution:
• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom components.
• Automation:
• Implement and manage automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium, Copado, or similar to enhance testing efficiency.
• Integration Testing:
• Conduct integration testing to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
• Defect Management:
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, collaborating with development teams for resolution.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Participate in retrospectives and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce applications.
• Proficiency in testing Salesforce components, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and workflows.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SOAP UI.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of data migration testing within Salesforce.
