Minimum 3 year of experience with Revenue Cloud (Salesforce Billing).Deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite, specifically Revenue Cloud data model and Service cloud.
Must possess a strong understanding of billing processes and operations as they apply to subscriptions, order orchestration, activation, revenue recognition, invoice generation, taxation, payment processing, and general ledger (GL) processing and management.
Ability to configure Salesforce Billing features (e.g. Billing Rules, Tax Rules, Invoice Schedulers, Payment Schedulers, Payment Gateways, etc.)Understanding of common product pricing methods and practices.
Understanding of business processes in a billing department (e.g. accounting close, A/R, dunning & collections, etc.
Experience with integrating ERP systems (e.g. SAP)Preferable certifications/accreditations :Salesforce Billing Specialist Superbadge, Salesforce Advanced Billing Specialist Superbadge, Revenue Cloud Accredited professional4+ years of development experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Experience with system integrations involving Salesforce.com web services (JSON, SOAP). In-depth knowledge of key processes in Insurance-specific CRM solutions (e.g. Quoting, Claims etc).
