Job summary The Developer will modify and enhance our Global CRM applications to support the sales and operations of a global company.
Key accountabilities
Primary Salesforce CRM Development Responsibilities.
Design and develop reusable software components, and participate in design sessions with architects and developers
Work with Business Analysts to analyze and convert business requirements into scalable, robust and flexible designs
Follow configuration management, coding standards, and version control policies.
Investigate defects, present solutions with accurate estimates of work effort and implement the solution on time and on budget
Create technical documentation and architectural proposals for peer review
Manage Salesforce.com backups
Responsible for code migrations following release control schedules
Attributes

Detail oriented, results-driven, must be able to produce in a deadline-driven environment
Broad and deep application development skills
Strong communication and listening skills
Experience and knowledge
Agile Experience with agile software development
7+ years of software development experience with c#, java, or equivalent languages.
5+ years of experience with development on the Salesforce.com platform using Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Aura, Flow, Triggers, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and SOSL
Salesforce Sales Cloud Experience and Force.com
Source Control Management Experience in source control management using GIT
Experience with batch and scheduled apex
Ability to create and maintain complex automation via Flows
Strong knowledge in Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, Custom Managed Apex Sharing, Public Groups and Queues.
Hands on experience using Salesforce Data Loader and other data migration tools.
Experience in assessing application performance and understanding governance limits
Experience with Dell Boomi.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or comparable major
