Job description:
• Should have 8+ years of Salesforce development and integration experience with 3+ years of experience in the Green-field implementation in sales and service cloud
• Delivers engineering excellence (e.g. best practices and quality) iteratively according to the vision of the Product to meet customer needs
• Take end to end ownership of product needs there by abiding to Client behaviors – Excellence, Focus and Collaboration
• Strong hands on experience in Lighting, LWC, Lightning Record page, Flow, Trigger and Service Apex class, Platform event/Rest API/Pub Sub via Mulesoft
• Strong hands on experience in Sales cloud Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Opportunity Line item, Product, Pricebook, Quote, Quote line item, Order, Asset (Quote to Cash, CPQ, CLM and OMS)
• Strong hands on experience in Service cloud - Case Management, CTI, Live agent and Knowledge Management and Email Message
• Should demonstrate self-driven, innovation, ability to work in critical timelines and adopt time zone challenges
• Should have strong communication and presentation skills
