Be a technical expert to the business team and manage queries raised on systems and platforms.Team management and planning: Be a mentor and a technical lead for IT teams and solve team members' concerns and technical doubts. Have hands-on experience on Salesforce, Java, Oracle, MS SQL, Docker, Cloud platform,JBOSS and ensure team deliverables are on time with highest quality. Plan and forecast system capacity as per business growth projections.
