Provide technical support to customers using Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Develop and implement minor enhancements to the platform!
Work with other Salesforce Support Engineers to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce Commerce Cloud features and functionality.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Additional Comment/Job Summary:
The Salesforce Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to customers using Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This includes troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, as well as developing and implementing minor enhancements to the platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and experience in debugging code and finding root causes.

Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Experience in debugging code and finding root causes.
Strong customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
Salesforce Commerce Cloud: 3 years (Preferred)
Support Engineer: 4 years (Preferred)
