Key Responsibilities : a: Design and build on Salesforce Lightning Web Components b: Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills c: Perform Impact analysis d: Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX and Lightning Web Components e: Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement f: Have to perform customization and configuration in salesforce
Technical Experience : a: Must have hands on experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Apex coding, and proficient in SFDC Configuration including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process etc Security Model, Data Model b: Good to have experience in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components
Professional Attributes : a: Must have good communication skill b: Capable of working in client facing roles c: Capable of coaching and mentoring junior resources d: Capable of leading a team of more than 10 members
Educational Qualification : BE/BTech/Bsc/ Other graduation
Additional Information : a: Good have at least 4 Salesforce Certifications b: Good to have Salesforce Tech Arch certification
