Kids Age Newspaper is a leading, innovative educational newspaper crafted to make learning exciting for Indian school students. Mapped to school curriculums, our interactive editions use unique techniques like Solar Active, Rub & Reveal, Wet & Reveal, Glow-in-the-Dark, Coded, and 3D Optical Mediums, serving students from Kindergarten to Class VIII.
We are on a mission to make education fun, and we’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing (Business Development Associate) to help us reach more schools across India.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and social media to generate sales.
Client Engagement: Connect with school principals, teachers, and decision-makers to promote our newspaper.
Market Expansion: Develop and maintain relationships with schools and educational organizations to increase market presence.
Pipeline Management: Manage a strong sales funnel through telesales and targeted email campaigns.
Customer Support: Handle queries, manage order processing, and provide outstanding service.
Follow-Ups & Conversion: Execute timely follow-ups and close deals effectively.
Client Retention: Build long-term relationships to foster repeat business.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads
Previous experience in sales or business development (preferred)
Familiarity with the education sector and school operations is a plus
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive personality
