Profile : Sales/Marketing Assistant (PA)
Location : Mumbai (Kandivli)
Experience : 6months to 1year experience into Administration
Education : Any Graduate (PG not required)

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintaining files, database and keeping records of various reports.
• Handling the data of daily sales-collection report.
• Preparing Daily Sales Data.
• Preparing Monthly Expense of all managers which occurs during their Field Work.
• Handling queries of Field staff.
• Co-ordinate with HR & Admin Dept.
• Arrangement of meetings & conferences.
• Making travel arrangements, travel booking for the Department.
• Drafting the letters, drafts and prepare tour programs for Managers.
• Managing and maintaining Managers schedules.
• Arranging coordinating & set-up all meetings and conferences.
• Maintaing HTC record.
• Preparing monthly secondary sales, review data & expense statement.
• Maintaining records of meeting expenses incurred.
• Dealing with telephone and email queries.
• Creating and maintaining filing system.
• Co-ordination between different departments related to execution of orders / queries including sales team.
• Responsible for end-to-end activities from order receipt to billing.
• Stock requirement & indent follow-up with team in term of achieving monthly targets.
• Documentation for new hires.
• For resigned candidate, prepare proper documentation which are required to process the Full and final settlement from marketing prospective.
• End to end procedure for field expense & attendance (follow-up, submission & clearance of salary & expense).
