Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive at Sumax Enterprises Pvt Ltd
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Sumax Enterprises Pvt Ltd. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Department (HOD) - Sales in various sales and administrative tasks. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be crucial in ensuring smooth sales operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the HOD - Sales by checking daily sales figures, customer information, and generating timely and accurate invoices.
Utilizing SAP to generate invoices as and when required.
Conducting thorough crosschecks of customer information, sales figures, and payment terms before sending out invoices.
Ensuring that invoices are error-free, minimizing the chances of customers finding any discrepancies.
Being available to handle customer inquiries regarding billing details and providing assistance as required.
Creating sales orders based on purchase orders and maintaining master data.
Opening order scheduling agreements, verifying the provided purchase orders, and updating price changes and quantities accordingly.
Directly contacting domestic customers in the absence of a purchase order.
Communicating with the quality department upon receiving rejected materials.
Processing debit notes in the system accurately.
Managing documentation for export sales, including commercial invoices, packing lists, tax invoices from SAP, export value declaration (Annexure A), and wooden pallets' fumigation certificates.
