Sales/Marketing Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to effectively negotiate and manage accounts. This position requires a proactive approach to market analysis and the ability to work independently in an outside sales environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services effectively.
Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through excellent customer service.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
Utilize Salesforce for account management, tracking sales activities, and reporting progress.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies with overall business goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
Experience with account management practices is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in an outside sales role.
