As KB Electricals, we are distributors for RR Kabel and KEI wires and cable for entire Chhattisgarh region. We are looking for a sales manager who can manage our existing client relationship and nurture them plus get clients for the company via our contacts and references
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Raipur. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, presenting and demonstrating products, negotiating sales contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves generating sales reports, staying updated on product knowledge, and collaborating with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and relationship-building
• Proven experience in sales and ability to meet sales targets
• Proficient in product knowledge and ability to effectively present and demonstrate products
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Ability to generate and analyze sales reports
• Basic understanding of marketing strategies and customer service principles
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
