Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, presenting company services, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The role will also involve preparing quotes, closing sales, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with the project team to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client prospecting, and relationship management
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities to effectively communicate solutions and close deals
• Understanding of interior design or construction industry trends and services
• Proficiency in preparing sales documentation, such as quotes, proposals, and contracts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams
• Prior experience in sales, especially in interior design or a related industry, is a plus
• Self-motivated and capable of achieving sales targets
