Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in New Delhi. The responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, presenting and demonstrating products and services, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves negotiating contracts, managing customer accounts, and analyzing market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth. Collaboration across internal teams to improve customer satisfaction is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
Capability to work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer experience
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Willingness and ability to work on-site from New Delhi
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in packaging, labeling, or the FMCG industry is an advantage
