Responsibilities:

Achieve individual and team sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and addressing any customer concerns or objections.
Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to clients, ensuring they are accurate, comprehensive, and tailored to their specific needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify potential sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and customer satisfaction.
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. New graduates with a strong passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Familiarity with the industry and market trends is a plus.
Willingness to travel, as needed, to meet with clients or attend industry events.
