Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Pune. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating new leads, managing and closing sales deals, creating and implementing sales strategies, collaborating with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns, providing excellent customer service, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
• Sales and Business Development experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of real estate industry and market trends
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience with CRM systems and sales software
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong existing network of real estate clients and contacts
• Experience in the Pune real estate market
• Experience in B2B sales
