Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Salesperson at Teavelopedia UK Ltd. Working as a Team leader assisting customers through the sales process, from initial inquiries to closing deals. As a employee deliver exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, establish contact, and follow through on sales leads. Additionally, you will track sales metrics and report results to the sales manager.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a sales representative or in a related field
• Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
• Experience with GDS ( Amadeus and worldspan)
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degreee in Commerce and Travel and Tourism
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in other languages will be a plus
