Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gandhinagar. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships, and understanding client needs to offer suitable products or services. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, creating sales strategies, preparing presentations, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. Collaboration with team members to achieve overall business goals will also be required, along with providing excellent customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to conduct Market Research and develop effective Sales Strategies
• Problem-Solving skills and the ability to provide Customer Support
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer systems
• Highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in sales or a similar role is an advantage
