Responsibilities
⦁ Outside Sales, including targeted prospecting and direct sales efforts to generate leads
⦁ Follow-up on Company Provided Leads
⦁ Prospect and Build Long-term Relationships Leading to Sales with Custom Home Builders, Remodelers and Designers
⦁ Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
⦁ Meet and Qualify Potential Clients
⦁ Design Custom Cabinetry
⦁ Estimate Jobs
⦁ Work on Plan Revisions and Samples with Clients to get Contracts and Layouts Approved and Executed
⦁ Primary Point of Contact with Clients, including Timely Follow-up on Jobs and Leads
⦁ Project Management- Communicate with Clients, Field Measure, Review and Coordinate of Job Release, Order Doors and Materials, Manage Install
Compensation
Base Pay during training, followed by draws against future commissions. Potential pay is dependent on jobs sold and commissions earned, from $75,000.00 to $250,000.00 and higher.
Job Qualifications
⦁ Sales Experience - Minimum 2 Years Required
⦁ Client and Construction Industry Connections – Highly Preferred
⦁ Cabinet Industry Experience - Highly Preferred
⦁ Experience with Cabinet Vision software or equivalent software – Preferred
⦁ Knowledge of the Cabinet Manufacturing Process - Helpful
Job Requirements
⦁ Sales Experience with a Proven track record of success
⦁ Experience in lead generation techniques, including networking and prospecting strategies
⦁ Cabinet or Construction Industry Experience
⦁ Excellent Verbal and Written Communications Skills
⦁ Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
⦁ Comfortable in a Commission-Based Role
⦁ Self-motivated with a Positive Attitude
⦁ Detail and Goal-Oriented
⦁ Willingness to Grow, Adapt and Improve with a Fast-growing Company
⦁ Valid Driver’s License, Vehicle and Vehicle Insurance
