What You Will Be Working On
Your role combines beauty expertise with exceptional customer service. You will:
Welcome clients and assist with their comfort during visits
Shampoo, condition and provide basic treatments under supervision
Assist stylists with client preparation (tools and services)
Maintain clean and organised workstations and wash areas
Complete laundry duties, including towels and gowns
Support day-to-day salon operations, including opening and closing tasks
Follow salon hygiene, safety and WHS standards
Share your growing product knowledge to help customers achieve their hair and beauty goals, creating personalized shopping experiences based on each client's unique needs
Drive sales through your authentic passion for beauty and product expertise
