Responsibilities
Provide professional hair services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling based on client needs
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation for all tools and work areas
Deliver excellent customer service to build and maintain a loyal clientele
Manage your own bookings, client consultations, and service experience
Promote and sell retail products when appropriate to enhance client results
Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and industry standards
Maintain a professional and positive presence within the salon environment
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by provincial regulations
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist within a salon setting
Strong client service and communication skills
Ability to maintain and grow your own client base
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Knowledge of modern hair techniques, color services, and sanitation standards
