Job Description
Customer Service / Client Satisfaction is the main focus.
- Client satisfaction (Greeting clients, checking with them what they"re looking for, guiding them to technician & then take a feedback from them)
-Taking up calls and booking appointment of the clients.
- Working on Salon software MMS for appointment booking and billing,schedulings etc.
- Completely handling the reception area and assisting the salon Managers and other staff efficiently.
- Monitoring salon supplies and equipment and ordering new stock as needed.
- Creating and distributing promotional material to attract new clients.
- Addressing and resolving client complaints regarding salon services and employee behavior.
- Processing clients’ payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Overall hygiene and maintenance of the salon Overall Operations of the branch will be your responsibility.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
- Collaborate with influencers and celebs
- Responsible for Brand & Business Strategies, Plans and Executions.
- To launch new promotional offers and advertisiing plans
- Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media.
