PS Salon & Spa is looking for a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a Salon Manager, within our partnered Senior Living Communities!
Position: Salon Manager (Part-Time)
Job Type: Part-Time, 6-7 hours daily/not to exceed 30 hours.
Compensation:
52% commission rate
Opportunity for annual review of commission rate
Opportunity for Bonus plan

Schedule Expectations:
Schedule is set to align with business needs, flexibility required as needed.
Ability to workdays, evenings, and/or weekends behind the chair as needed.
Support schedule coverage when available and appropriate.
Timely communications to direct Field Leader of any limitations or availability around coverage needs.
Additional Benefits:

Position Requirements:
MUST HAVE: Active Cosmetology license in the state where salon operates.
Reliable transportation
Previous salon leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to motivate and support a team while maintaining personal production goals.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with field leadership.
Flexible availability to meet changing business needs.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 30lbs, reach, bend, and perform services.
Other Duties that may be assigned according to the needs of the business
Ability to navigate and understand electronic devices such as an iPad/Point of Sales System
Experience in a caregiving environment (preferred)
Other:
On a regular basis, it requires the ability to walk
On a regular basis, it requires the ability to reach with hands and arms
On a regular basis, it requires the ability to stand for a minimum of 6 hours
On a regular basis, it requires the ability to lift and/or move 30 lbs.
On a frequent basis, it requires the ability to stoop, kneel and crouch
