Whether you're looking to step into a manager, assistant manager role or shift lead role, we have opportunities across multiple locations.
What You’ll Do:
Provide exceptional hair services while managing daily salon operations
Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of talented stylists
Maintain a fun, professional, and positive salon environment
Support and develop new stylists to help them succeed
Help manage salon performance, ensuring we continue to deliver top-tier service
Compensation & Benefits:
50%-60% commission – with many of our stylists reaching the top tier!
Bi-weekly revenue sharing & monthly performance bonuses
Annual vacation pay bonus
First 90 days guaranteed at $16/hr while building clientele
Daily cash tips – because you deserve it!

Who You Are:
Licensed Arizona Cosmetologist (this is a working stylist + manager role)
Desire to grow your leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills

Cool, calm, and collected under pressure (emotional intelligence is a must!)
Passionate about learning and helping others grow
