Job Description
As a Memorandum Librarian, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our sample department. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers at the memo desk and pulling samples for showroom visits.
Folding and filing customer returns, as well as restocking replenishment samples from our warehouse.
Pulling discontinued memos from shelves when needed, and organizing outgoing shipments to customers.
Lifting up to 30-pound boxes when required.
Requirements:
Positive can-do attitude with a willingness to take on any task to support showroom goals.
Education and/or internship experience in the Interior Design field is a plus.
Ability to project a professional demeanor and polished appearance at all times.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outgoing personality to interact with designers both in person and over the phone.
A goal-oriented team player.
